Before founding Hummingbird Support Services, Dyan served as a program manager and supervisor for the developmental disability sector. In these roles, she not only led a diverse team but also orchestrated the daily operations of supporting individuals with disabilities. Dyan’s responsibilities included coordinating community excursions, organizing recreational and leisure activities, and ensuring access to quality opportunities.
